CLASSIC CARS, TOURISM & TRAD JAZZ

The site was originally for and about racing Classic Cars in the ERC (European Racing Classics) Series, sponsored by Arrow Wheels and Auckland Engineering Supplies, or just classic cars in general, particularly my own MG Magnette V8 project (MON ZA...) and Marcos Volvo 3 litre, but it was only part of the site...

The great news locally is that at long last, we have the Hampton Downs motorsport park, just south of Auckland now up am running, and where we have a trackside motel apartment to rent out to overseas and local visitors.  The unit is now finished and furnished and is now available for rental.  For more details, click on the MONZA link below or ask to rent unit 111!  A new website is being constructed so that some of the stuff  on here at the moment will be moved over shortly.

There are - or will be, many pictures from my own extensive photographic collection, plus some wonderful pre war Donington Park racing pictures, featuring ERA cars, taken by my late father.

It also covers European traditional jazz (New Orleans, Dixieland etc) CDs  - particularly the Chris Barber Jazz Band for sale to order in NZ (and anyone able to pay in NZ dollars or UK pounds!) at very favourable rates.  The CDs are direct from the European suppliers, Lake, Timeless, Upbeat, Raymer and PEK. Artists include Ken Colyer, Acker Bilk, The Temperance Seven, Lonnie Donegan, Monty Sunshine, the Dutch Swing College and many other European bands, past and present, well known, and less well known. There are over 500 titles in the catalogue...
