ERC CLASSIC RACE SERIES - Driver registration forms not yet fully active - please email erc11 at tops.co.nz "Register Car" form is in a beta test state as from Jan 2012 so you may as well try it!

This is the official web page of NZ's most popular classic car racing series - ERC (European Racing Classics) for pre 1977 road going European saloons, sports and GT cars. We have now completed our 25th year, 15 in its present form. AES/TradeZone continue to sponsor the lower speed group. AES is Auckland Engineering Supplies, based at 154 Beaumont St, at Westhaven. Arrow Wheels of Kelston sponsor the faster group.

For potential new entrants, please read the FAQ page (link above) before trying to register (new season forms are not yet active - until I can work the intricacies of this new software package!) When it is live, please take your time to fill in the registrations carefully and press the submit button once only! In the meantime, email! We are currently looking at expanding the list of eligible European cars with a newer cut off date and we may also consider older Australian six cylinder cars.

Please note that this is a strictly invitation series and the committee may withdraw your invitation at any time should either your car or driving standards be deemed unacceptable by the series officials. The buttons below lead to a list of most of the 2011/2012 entrants and their race numbers and most have a thumbnail pic. Those who have paid for 2010/2011 will also be identified.

25th Year 2010/2011

Congratulations to Jason Nicholl (Porsche) for winning the AES Series and Mal Clark (Rover) for winning the Arrow Wheels Series. However, our top trophy is our Sportsmanship Award and that was presented to a very deserving Grant Kern (MG BV8 Sports). He gets to keep the trophy as we will commission a new one.
